How long will it take to receive my order?
UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and will be posted with Royal Mail First Class. Large orders will be posted via Royal Mail Parcel Force.
International orders will be posted within 1-2 working days via the same channels but will naturally take longer to arrive. I provide tracking so you can follow your painting.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes if you are unhappy with your order you can post it back to me at your own cost and I will provide a refund for your painting (excluding postage) within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
I do not offer refunds on commissioned items.
Do you sell prints?
I created my first ever prints in 2020, my ZOO PROJECT prints are available to buy for £35 each. Each one is an animal and has a special meaning. Selected work can be printed and I occassionally will offer a limited run of prints! Keep your eye on my Instagram page for updates.
Can I send a painting to somebody as a gift?
YES!! Leave a note with me at the checkout for you chosen giftee and send me any special requests you may have.
Can I work with you?
ALWAYS YES
